    • You can. Logic Studio has varispeed and Pro Tools has something like it. There’s also a program for Mac called The Amazing Slow-Downer. These are great tools for figuring out solos. Also… use headphones… they really help.

  3. You can also google “best practice” it’s a windows shareware app that lets you slow down MP3’s and/or change the pitch. It’s been around for a while but I just installed it on Windows 7 with no problems.
